AZ Financial works with lenders, mortgage technology providers, credit reporting agencies, verification providers, settlement-service providers, and other service providers as necessary to provide mortgage services.

Service providers that receive or maintain customer information are subject to applicable contractual, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements based on the services they perform.

AZ Financial evaluates and manages service providers consistent with applicable information-security requirements.

Access to sensitive customer information is limited based on legitimate business purposes and the requirements of the mortgage transaction.

Email accounts, real estate transactions, and wire instructions can be targets for fraud. 

Before sending funds for a real estate transaction, independently verify wiring instructions directly with the appropriate title, escrow, or settlement company using a known and trusted telephone number.

Do not use a telephone number contained only in an unexpected email requesting that funds be wired or redirected.

AZ Financial will not ask you by ordinary email or text message to disclose passwords or authentication codes.
