Arturo Arellano - Phoenix, AZ About two years ago, Scott contacted me to introduce himself as a home loan officer, and I told him that I wasn't ready to purchase a home just yet. He never contacted me again or pushed me into buying anything.  Approximately 2 1/2 months ago, I woke up early one morning, started paying bills and I got to thinking about the increasing price of rent, I decided to purchase a home because I'm tired of paying rent and not getting equity from it.  I sent him an email on a Saturday to inform him of my plans, but instead of waiting until Monday, he asked me to meet him in his office to start the process. He pre-qualified me for a loan, and we started shopping for a home.  Once my offer was accepted, he worked tirelessly for three weeks to get my loan approved.  He would send me emailed documents to sign at 3 AM because he was still in his office processing my loan.  Approximately 24 hours before our scheduled closing date, he sent me a text telling me to sign more documents (AGAIN) because he was able to lower my mortgage payment and loan amount and APR. What more can anyone ask for from a loan officer? Scott and I have become close friends, and I have a feeling we will remain friends for a very long time.
