Scott Gripman, founder of AZ Financial, LLC, has helped homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors navigate mortgage financing since 1993. With more than three decades of mortgage industry experience and more than 5,000 closed and funded loans, Scott brings extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, loan origination, underwriting, credit analysis, and closing to every client relationship. 

Scott began his mortgage career in Chicago, Illinois, in 1993. In 1998, he became a licensed mortgage broker and opened Chicago Mortgage Corp. Four years later, he founded 1st Alliance Banc Corp., a mortgage banking company that expanded into six states. After more than two decades in the Midwest, Scott and his family relocated to Arizona in 2014. 

In 2016, Scott founded AZ Financial, LLC, an Arizona mortgage brokerage built around transparency, personalized service, competitive financing options, and direct access to an experienced mortgage professional. As an independent mortgage broker, AZ Financial works with multiple wholesale lending sources to help clients explore financing options based on their individual goals.
