Purchase Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Copy of your Drivers License(s)
  • Copy of your Social Security card(s)
  • 30-45 days of Current pay stubs 
  • Federal income tax returns for the past two years (all pages & all schedules)
  • W2(s) / 1099(s) / K1(s) for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Investment account statements for the past two months (all pages, if applicable)
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months (all pages, if applicable)
  • Pension benefits letter(s) (if applicable) 
  • Social Security award letter(s) (if applicable) 
  • Executed Purchase Contract with buyer(s) & seller(s) signature(s) (when available)
  • Copy of Earnest Money check
  • Credit card information to order credit report & appraisal

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account statement(s)
  • Home owners insurance declaration page(s) or Agents contact information
  • Home Owners Association statement(s) (if applicable) 
  • Home equity account statement(s) (if applicable)
